I don't think I get to 4k at more than 25 fps mostly because of the cpu and the architecture of the polaris 10 graphics
They might move the games to 4k if they apply the technology to worsen the parts that the player doesn't see, there was a demo out there with Halo explaining the process if I remember correctly. On the other hand, optimization can help a lot what is a closed platform which is an additional point. Finally, and this is in my own opinion, is that not even Amd itself knows how to get 100% of the potential of its product via drivers, perhaps under the M$oft team they will give them some extra improvement.
