Using Rubius in Watch Dogs Legion
Watch Dogs Legion adds to the current trend of using famous characters and allowing them to be used to play. Cyberpunk 2077 counts Keanu Reeve among its cast and FarCry 6 counts Giancarlo Esposito (Gus Fring in Breaking Bad) as bad. In the case of Watch Dogs Legion, we can choose the Rubius, through a simple process that is external to the game.
To get the Rubius in Watch Dogs Legion we must do a series of actions outside the game. Even Ubisoft has prepared a small tutorial for unlock the rubius. We must have a Uplay account to unlock the Rubius.
Steps to follow
- We must access the Ubisoft Connect page (former Uplay)
- We log in with our account (same credentials as Uplay)
- Now we must click on our, whose icon is in the upper right part of the screen. We enter the 'Account Information' section. This opens a new browser window.
- Within this new tab, we click on 'Account information' again. We go down to the end of the page, which is where the associated accounts appear.
- We select the platform on which we play with Watch Dogs Legion that allows us to associate the Ubisoft Connect account with the platform. We must log in and give it the corresponding permissions.
- Once the link is finished, we go to the website to redeem the code from Watch Dogs Legion and log in again with the Ubisoft Connect account.
- Now we enter the secret code: WDSL-ELRU-BIUS-9999
After this process, we will have unlocked “The Rubius Bundle”. When we start a new game, we will be informed that we have obtained a new agent and it will appear in the 'Team' tab. The sprite that can be used on the rest of the character is also unlocked.
