Let's say that I want to create a server for video storage and streaming to be used by several thousand people through a web portal. It must have a lot of storage capacity, we would talk about many Teras and support a high density of data flow since it would be used simultaneously by many people.
Taking these factors into account, which of the two systems interests me more? Is there a build that is even more correct or beneficial given the needs?

One thing is not incompatible with the other, RAID is the way you distribute data. NAS is network storage.
