I see absolutely no problem using that board, it also has plenty of SATA controllers which is a good pull to make a STORJ node.

You have to keep in mind that it has an AM3 socket and you will have to search a little more to find a processor with that socket. You can find them even on aliexpress for 10 euros. With a Phenom ii or an Athlon ii it should work fine. I really don't think a dedicated graphics card is necessary, but if you don't, you can buy an old AMD second-hand one for 15 euretes and throwing away.
