my server gets very hot, it stays at 55-68 degrees, if I put the fans on full it drops to 50 degrees max but it makes a loud noise, I was thinking of putting a "normal" heatsink to lower the temperature.
What do you recommend me to do...
It only occurs to me that the thermal paste is cement, that the airflow is interrupted or that the processor is hell.

The temperature between 55 and 68º in the sixth generation proliant is very normal. If you want to improve the temperature somewhat without raising the sound too much, you can try to seal the intake ramps a bit with the fans.
