Vega & Navi

Although they have not confirmed it, with total security on May 30 during Computex, AMD will present to the world its new AMD Vega graphics card and it will hit the market next June. The strategy is to overshadow the launch of Intel Basins Falls, without question. This new architecture arrives to replace Polaris and Polaris Refrito (AMD RX 500 Series). I don't know much about Vega, but the latest data we have speaks of between three and seven Vega-based graphics cards that would compete in its most basic range with the NVIDIA GTX 1070 and in its highest range, with a version of two GPU on a single PCB, which would compete with the NVIDIA Titan Xp. Navi is the third generation of GPUs designed by the Radeon Technologies Group, a task force that is getting AMD out of a bit pretty deep. Navi should arrive in 2018, but we do not know when and we should not rule out that it will be delayed until 2019 and before we see a rehash of AMD Vega.

Zen 2 & Pinnacle Ridge
