AMD would be or would have developed special software to overclock AMD Ryzen processors and also, this software would provide some extra utilities.
The new AMD Ryzen processors are prepared to support overclocking, not just some, but all the processors of the AMD Ryzen 7, AMD Ryzen 5 and AMD Ryzen 3 family. According to the latest information obtained by VideocardZ, AMD is developing a tool to perform overclocking made easy. The images are blurry, as classified information would be revealed, which cannot yet be revealed. This software, as specified, would be quite similar to the Radeon configuration panel.
Such software appears to have a per-core control system that allows control of the frequency per core. The software would allow other settings, some of them could be related to XFR technology, which automatically overclocks processors that have the letter 'X' in their names like the Ryzen 1800X and Ryzen 1700X. Automatic overclocking technology depends directly on the type of heatsink, since the better this processor is cooled, the more overclocking it supports.
Along with the supposed AMD overclocking software, we see a capture of the CPU-Z, which should belong to an AMD Ryzen processor, since it has been pixelated and a Biostar has been used as a motherboard, which could be the Biostar X370 Racing GT7 . We cannot guarantee it, but we could be facing an eight-core processor and sixteen threads.

We cannot know anything about performance until they are released, such as seeing the real tests, and they are not multicore performance tests that favor the cpu in question, as is the case, since performance in games requires a good IPC. Which is what AMD has always lacked, trying to solve it with many cores and a lower IPC. I hope the subsequent tests are good, to have a healthy market, but I have the intuition that in games it will not be like that.
