AMD would be making the Radeon RX 6900 XTX to go against the RTX 3090

Recently, CyberPunkCat on Twitter shared a purported slide from an internal AMD presentation that unveils a new GPU that will use the Big Navi architecture. According to the reports of the leak, the AMD Radeon RX 6900 XTX GPU would arrive with a higher clock speed and memory to directly stand up to the NVIDIA RTX 3090.
This GPU would be made expressly to increase the war of NVIDIA vs. AMD. The rumored specs match those of the AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT Liquid Cooled GPU, which has only been available to OEMs. Such a slide would be old information on the Radeon RX 6900 XT Liquid Cooled GPU that has already been released or it could be a slide on a new SKU, which would mean that AMD could release the graphics card for the retail market.
A supposed GPU to fight the RTX 3090
AMD's Navi 21 silicon is widely used in the Big Navi family. Currently, there are four variants of the Navi 21 matrix if we do not consider the professional SKUs. Navi 21 XL and Navi 21 XT die power the Radeon RX 6800 and Radeon RX 6800 XT, respectively. On the other hand, the Navi 21 XTX matrix is at the heart of the Vanilla Radeon RX 6900 XT, while the Navi 21 XTXH brings to life higher-rated models such as PowerColor's Radeon RX 6900 XT Red Devil Ultimate.
Most likely, the Radeon RX 6900 XTX uses Navi 21 XTXH, which is AMD's fastest architecture. This will give it a better clock speed and faster memory. The slide states that the AMD Radeon RX 6900 XTX GPU would offer FP32 performance of up to 24,93 Teraflops, which is an 8% increase compared to the AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT. In the case of having the same number of streaming processors, the Radeon RX 6900 XTX should have a boost clock of 2,435 MHz.
While the regular AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT features 6 Gbps GDDR16 memory, the leaked slide shows that the Radeon RX 6900 XTX would have it at 18 Gbps. Its maximum memory bandwidth would increase up to 576 GBps, which is 13% more performance.
Some benchmarks gave as results that the AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT was very close to the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090. With this new improved version, it is expected that if confirmed the AMD Radeon RX 6900 XTX could even surpass the GeForce RTX 3090, but it would be necessary to wait for benchmarks to confirm it.
