AMD Ryzen 9 3900XT, Ryzen 7 3700XT and Ryzen 5 3600XT Processors Benchmark

A few days ago, the first details emerged regarding the AMD Ryzen 9 3900XT, Ryzen 7 3700XT, and Ryzen 5 3600XT processors . These new AMD Ryzen processors are an update to the company's existing processors. They feature slightly higher clock speeds and are primarily intended to compete with the new Intel Comet Lake-S processors.

Through various benchmarks filtered under the Cinebench R15 and Cinebench R20 software, we have confirmation of these processors. Not only are the processors confirmed, but we have some interesting data. The performance of the Ryzen 9 3900XT in mononucleus would be higher than that offered by the Core i9-10900K. The great 'advantage' of Intel processors, which is gaming, would be diluted.

These new AMD Ryzen XT processors are the same in terms of cores and architecture as current Ryzen processors. They are also based on Zen2 @ 7nm, although the process could have been improved a bit and achieved a little more frequency. The leaks indicate that both the base frequency and the Boost frequencies are improved between 200-300MHz.

All three new AMD Ryzen XTs in single core performance in Cinebench R15 are below the Comet Lake-S, save for the Ryzen 5 3600XT which narrowly beats the Core i5-10600K. Change things up under Cinebench R20, where the Ryzen XTs are above the Comet Lake-S. This improvement in frequencies seems to give them better performance in a core, which is very interesting.

When we go multi-core in Cinebench R15 and Cinebench R20, we see that the AMD Ryzen XT are easily above the Comet Lake-S. Only the Core i7-10700K is above the Ryzen 7 3800XT under Cinebench R15 and the difference is minimal. Very good data for AMD, which would justify these new processors.

We remember that the Ryzen 9 3900XT (12n / 24h) will reach 4.8GHz in 1 core and 4.6GHz in all cores. The Ryzen 7 3800XT (8n / 16h) will hit 4.7GHz on 1 core and 4.5GHz on all cores. Finally the Ryzen 5 3600XT (6n / 12h) will reach 4.7GHz in 1 core and 4.5GHz in all cores.
