Arctic officially announces that it will have liquid cooling heatsinks on the market for the new AMD Ryzen Threadripper processors, the only heatsinks for these processors confirmed so far.
AMD Ryzen Threadripper processors have a serious problem, specifically the problem they have is the heatsink. So far the manufacturers of heatsinks have not announced heatsinks for these processors, well, Noctua has shown heatsinks, the only problem is that they are a development version and Noctua already announced that they would not be for sale when the AMD Ryzen were launched to the market. This problem stems from the size of the processor's HIS. Arctic, on the other hand, does look like it will have heatsinks by the time the Ryzen Threadripper hit the market.

AMD will incorporate 120mm liquid cooling heatsinks in principle, in all the packs of these processors. Arctic's solution has been to develop AIO liquid cooling heatsinks, which will support two, four and six fans and are the only officially confirmed heatsinks for Threadripper. The 120mm RL AIO will have a dissipation power of 250W, while the 240mm and 360mm systems, supporting a maximum TDP of 300W, so a slight margin for overclocking will be allowed, which is very interesting. These RL AIO systems will only be compatible with the Threadripper socket TR4.
These Arctic heatsinks will start at € 86 for the 120mm heatsink, while the 240mm heatsink will be priced at € 100 and the 360mm heatsink will cost € 140, which is fine. If the rumors about the stock RL AIO kits for Threadripper, we would still be talking about Arctic and that is why it will be the first manufacturer to launch heatsinks with these processors on the market. It remains to be known when the rest of the manufacturers will launch their Threadripper-compatible solutions.
