ASUS to launch a gaming smartphone under its Republic of Gamers product range

Another great brand that joins the smartphone craze is ASUS, who could launch a new terminal within its Republic of Gamers family, designed to play on mobile.

The first to launch a terminal with the 'gaming' vitola, was Razer, who presented the first terminal with gaming features some time ago and it is already on sale. The Black Shark has recently been announced, the end of Xiaomi destined for gaming and the last to get on this car would be ASUS, who would have almost developed or close to being launched a smartphone within the Republic of Gamers family.

The arrival of the titles Fortnite and PUBG on smartphones has caused an explosion of these terminals, which are 'the same' as other terminals on the market, only they have the word gaming incorporated.

Jerry Shen, ASUS Global CEO, at the opening of ASUS Store 100 in the Philippines, said that he expects the company to launch a smartphone intended for gaming. At the moment we do not have a release date for these terminals. Obviously, this has taken us all by surprise, but the truth is that ASUS has been making smartphones that are of excellent quality for some time.

Offer the user a gaming smartphone under the RoG brand, which would be incorporated into the company's other products, such as laptops and OEM computers (in addition to specialized hardware, of course).

We may have to wait very little to see this terminal, since the Asian manufacturer has recently launched the ZenFone 5Z, which has the Snapdragon 845 and 6GB of memory, perfect for moving any smartphone on the market. The RoG terminal would change rather little with respect to this end, perhaps, a battery with greater autonomy and a better screen, but few more improvements can be offered, unless the next Qualcomm processor is installed.
