ASUS publishes ASUS RX Vega 64 Strix page

After months of waiting, ASUS has published the features and specifications of the ASUS RX Vega 64 Strix graphics cards on its website.

Last August the first analyzes of the ASUS RX Vega 64 Strix were given, something that made us think that the company's graphics could soon reach the market, but months later, absolutely nothing has been known. ASUS is not in a good moment, losing market share in all the markets in which it operates, due to a couple of years full of quite bad marketing decisions, such as this last case, which has not done exactly well either, since ASUS forced to hide all the reviews of the graphics card.

ASUS 'problems with Vega graphics, but in this case they are the problems of the Vega 10 GPU configurations and HBM2 memories, since there are different modules of modules, with a different height between the GPU and HBM2 memories, due to because there are models that do not have a resin that covers everything. This complicates designing a heatsink that operates correctly, but we also have the problem of high power consumption and the difficulties of these when it comes to overclocking.

ASUS has finally unveiled the features of the RX Vega models , which boast a 2.5-slot heatsink offering 50% more heat dissipation surface area than the manufacturer's model. This promises 30% better cooling and, according to the company, 300% less noise. The heatsink utilizes ASUS MaxContact technology, maximizing heat transfer from the GPU to the heatsink. The PCB features a 12+1 phase VRM power design, ensuring reliable power delivery to the GPU and memory. The heatsink fans are IP5X certified, making them dust-resistant, and the system incorporates ASUS Aura Sync RGB LED lighting.
