ASUS RoG STRIX RX Vega 64, the first custom model is spectacular

ASUS has been the first of the big brands to make official a manufacturer version of the AMD RX Vega 64, counting this with the powerful ASUS STRIX heatsink, but no data on the frequency has been given.

The AMD RX Vega in their assembler models, have been made official, but at the moment we hardly know anything about the manufacturer's models, it has only been ASUS who has shown an image of the custom graphics. Specifically, it has been ASUS who has revealed a custom design of the AMD RX Vega, specifically the one that has the STRIX heatsink. This model will bring with it the custom heatsink by ASUS, well known and offering really excellent performance, allowing great heat dissipation.

These new ASUS RoG STIX RX Vega also offer a special high-quality power solution, specifically the 12 + 1 phase Super Alloy Power II power phases. The components integrated in this graphics card, such as the components and the GPU, have been installed by a machine to confer great reliability, if we compare it with the components that are placed manually. According to ASUS, Auto-Extreme manufacturing technology improves GPU reliability by 30%, reducing component failure compatibility.

ASUS has integrated into the RX Vega 64 graphics card the Strix heatsink, the most powerful that the company currently has, which has three fans and has a thickness of 2.5 slots, having 40% more heat dissipation area than ASUS Dual Slot Heatsinks. The contact surface has also been modified, allowing better surface contact and thermal transfer has also been improved to make it more efficient. This system allows the RX Vega to have 0dB fan technology, which prevents the fans from running until the graphics card reaches a certain temperature. ASUS has not said anything about the frequencies, but it is clear that this graphic was factory overclocked.

Like other versions of graphics with STRIX, this one has ASUS Aura Sync technology, in addition, it offers support for FanConnect II, which allows the fans of the case to be linked with those of the graphics card and it is this one who controls them . Regarding video connections, it has two HDMI and two DisplayPort, as well as a DVI-D port.
