ASUS RX 570 Expedition, a graphic designed for Internet cafes

One of the largest hardware manufacturers on the market, such as ASUS, has developed the ASUS RX 570 Expedition, a graphics designed for Internet cafes, with high-quality and durable components.

Graphics card manufacturers usually manufacture different dissipation solutions, depending on the audience for which they are intended. One of the most important manufacturers in the market is ASUS, who has developed the Radeon RX 570 Expedition, graphics designed to operate for a long time with low failure rates. No, they are not intended for cryptocurrency mining, these charts have been developed for cybercafes. They have these with higher quality electrical components, which last a long time of operation and fans with IP5X certificate, which means that they resist dust.

We should not expect great things from this new ASUS graphics, since the RX 570 Expedition does not surprise at all compared to other models. It is based on the Polaris 20 chip, which implements 2.048 Stream Processors and is combined with 128TMU and 32ROP, this graphic card working at 1256MHz, which means that it will carry a slight OC, not excessively, since it should not be subjected to important loads. It has 8GB of GDDR5 memory, with a working frequency of these memories of 7.0GHz.

Perhaps the most interesting aspect is in the heat dissipation system, which although it is not a thing of the other world, it is quite good. This heatsink has a block of aluminum fins, crossed by eight copper heatpipes with a thickness of 8mm with a nickel-plated coating. To improve heat dissipation, two 80mm fans have been added, which will not work until the graphics card reaches 55ºC.

It needs dedicated power, through an 8-pin PCIe connector and also offers three video outputs, these being a DisplayPort 1.4a, an HDMI 2.0b and a DVI. No data has been given on the price or availability of this graphics card.

  1. this has mining graphics written all over the place so you can develop graphics for cybercafes when it's obvious they're already disappearing
