Bittrex communicates that it will NOT offer support to Bitcoin Private, although they will give us the token if we have ZClassic, not Bitcoin

Bittrex announces that they will NOT offer support to the Bitcoin Private market, although they will in the near future, but only if we had ZClassic, at no time will they give us Bitcoin Private based on our Bitcoin balance.

We hope that you have already had your first coffee in the morning, because the day is looking strong. Today is the snapshot of the ZClassic and Bitcoin blockchain. This previous image of the two blockchains is given before the hardfork to these two currencies, which will end up being united in a single currency, Bitcoin Private. There is a lot of expectation, because today at 18:00, in Spain, this event will take place and those who have either of these two currencies will receive the same amount in BTCP. Well, Bittrex has spoken out about this and it is not for the better.

Bittrex clarifies that snapshot are from the first block of ZCL and BTC, after February 28 at 18:00, so it will be minutes after this time when the state of the blockchain is saved. This gives us a bit of the same, because the Bittrex statement is very clear: 'Bittrex will NOT support the Bitcoin Private market, but due to issues with the ZClassic wallet, we offer ZClassic holders partial support from Bittrex by claiming and BTCP withdrawal '

Right now Bittrex no longer allows deposits or withdrawals from ZClassic, due to the number of transactions that were taking place and the delays with the wallet. Ask us to make sure we cancel all withdrawals. In addition, Bittrex announces that the cancellation will take place until the snapshots have been made and the wallets are already properly operational.

As if that were not enough, the exchange announces that the ZCL market will be suspended from 15 minutes before the snapshot and that they will take a snapshot of the exchange. The market will open after 18:00 (Spanish time), after the snapshot has been taken. They also clarify that they will do everything possible to guarantee that users who have ZCL, have the BTCP in a compatible wallet, but they cannot guarantee the tokens. They will continue to monitor the state of the code and the network. Finally they highlight that because ZCL has a large volume of movements to validate, the BTCP will be available at least one week later from the moment of the launch of the BTCP network.

Ok, this is all about ZCL, but what about Bitcoin? Well, Bittrex has been very clear: 'Bitcoin balances will NOT be credited by BTCP' Which means that if we have Bitcoin instead of ZCL, we will not receive a single BTCP, so things get even more complicated .

Notably, ZCL suffered a 35% rise in a ten minute period, but when Bittrex's statement was released, it was down 18%. It seems that it returns to the green and rises again at the moment and it is possible that it is going up in steps, after several days of falling.
