# Computex2017: ASRock H110 Pro BTC +, a mining board with support for thirteen graphics cards
ASRock has presented the ASRock H2017 Pro BTC + motherboard at Computex 110, for mining Bitcoin and all the Altcoins that we want and supports, nothing more and nothing less, than thirteen graphics cards.
Officially Computex 2017 has not started yet and we do not stop with the information that comes from Taipei. The latter comes in the form of a motherboard, but it is not for Intel Basins Falls or AMD Ryzen Threadripper, it is not even a gaming motherboard, it is a motherboard developed exclusively for cryptocurrency mining. ASRock has developed the ASRock H110 Pro BTC + motherboard, whose sole purpose is mining, since it has been developed with twelve PCIe 3.0 x1 ports and one PCIe 3.0 x16 port, with which, it supports thirteen graphics cards.
This motherboard monstrosity is for mining only and has no frills or anything like it, it's a mining motherboard, exclusively. We see that it only has two DIMM sockets for DDR4 and it only has four SATA ports, in addition to an M.2 SSD port, in case we want to opt for that storage solution. This motherboard has the H110 chipset, but it has been designed to support Intel Kaby Lake processors, but the reality is that a superior chipset is not necessary, because with this it will be more than enough.
The motherboard, among other things, stands out for being extremely simple, having an 8-pin EPS connector, but also, the motherboard has two Molex connectors next to the PCIe ports, in order to give the necessary energy support to the graphics cards, in addition to the one offered by our power supplies, since with one power supply we will not have enough, even two can fall short in this case, no matter how much 80Plus Platinium certificate it has.
A very interesting feature is that, as we have highlighted, it supports thirteen graphics cards, but this has a problem, since Windows 10 is developed to support only seven graphics cards, therefore we have six graphics cards that would not work. To solve this, ASRock has developed a special driver so that they all work without the slightest problem. We don't know anything about the price or the release date, but whatever its price is sure, this graphics card will sell really well.

Being the PCIe 3.0 x1, I do not think that the power of the graphics cards in them is used, which would be an incredible waste of energy and above all, in the purchase of those graphics.
These ASROCK boards have in bios the option to put the PCIe in GEN1 or GEN2
Sorry for my ignorance, but… what do you mean Gen1 or Gen 2? To put them in x1 or x2? Does the x2 give a lot of speed, even if it is probably twice that of the x1? So much so that it is comparable to the 16x that a graph can have? I don't know, I don't know, I think 16x is 8 times 2x, right?
Maybe not all of them will work, I think the drivers don't support it?
