The day before the official start of Computex 2017 is showing all kinds of products from different brands. ASUS has revealed a high-end motherboard with an AM4 socket, the ASUS Crosshair VI Extreme.

The technology craze has broken out, Computex 2017 is here. And with it, an indecent amount of technological products. The people of OC3D have published a photo of this event, thanks to one of their users. In it you can see the ASUS Crosshair VI Extreme motherboard.

ASUS has a wide catalog of socket motherboards compatible with Intel, which is quite reduced when it comes to boards compatible with the new AMD Ryzen processors. This ASUS Crosshair VI Extreme would be the highest-end AM4 socket motherboard from the manufacturer ASUS.

In the image you can see the board in operation, working together with four DDR4 RAM modules, what appears to be an ASUS GTX 1080 Ti Strix, all water-cooled in a box from the manufacturer IN WIN.

This board would be a notch above the ASUS Crosshair VI Hero, also with socket AM4. Compared to this board, the Crosshair VI Extreme comes in the EATX format, which is slightly wider than the ATX format and with a larger than normal passive heatsink for the chipset. Apart from that, from what you can see in the image, the only thing that changes is the location of the connectors for fans and RGBs.
