Corsair launches its new GTX 1080 Ti Hydro GTX for OC enthusiasts
Corsair, one of the leading brands in both peripherals and hardware, today launched a new model of the GTX 1080 Ti, in this case we are talking about the Hydro. In collaboration with MSI, these two brands have managed to develop a cooling system that will not only offer us an improvement in temperatures at times of high graphic load, but will also allow us to raise the frequencies to achieve an even higher performance than They offer the reference models (which is already really elevated).
The cooling system that this model will mount will be one very similar to the Corsair Hydro Series H55, this consists of a 120 mm radiator with a copper base that will dissipate the heat generated in the GPU. The result shown by the company itself is a 50% improvement in temperatures and a 10% increase in the frequency of memories. The power you will need will be 6 + 8 pins, no more than the Nvidia reference models, however the additional radiator will need another 4-pin connector to work.
