Binance receives a license from Dubai to operate Virtual Assets

Binance FZE, the Dubai affiliate of the cryptocurrency exchange; announced today that is the first exchange to receive the Minimum Viable Product Operating license of the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority. This license comes after the issuance by the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority of the preparatory MVP License that they delivered to Binance in September 2022.
The high school and the final license required compliance with specific conditions to be authorized to operate in the territory. Satisfactory compliance with these requirements has allowed the Dubai VARA to authorize Binance FZE to operate two licences.
Binance has permission to operate digital assets in Dubai
The two licenses that Binance has acquired from the Dubai regulatory commission are the Digital Asset Exchange Services license and the Digital Asset Brokerage Services license. These licenses are limited to institutional investors and authorized retailers in Dubai.

Having been licensed to operate within the world's only customized legislative and regulatory framework for virtual asset service providers, this achievement wants to reaffirm commitment to Binance FZE to try to build a compliant exchange established in collaboration with local regulators. And it is that complying with the regulations requested by the different organizations is important to achieve the trust not only of users, but also of the regulators who monitor operations and activity.
With the transition to an operational MVP license, building on a provisional license received in 2022; means that duly authorized Binance FZE users will be able to access the services allowed. Those services include the ability to securely convert virtual assets to Fiat with strict FATF compliant standards.
Thus, residents of the United Arab Emirates and users from all over the world who incorporate through this entity will benefit from greater security for investors. There will be a set of market collateral rules tailored to the virtual asset industry. The Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority requires all licensed operators to be able to offer regulated virtual asset services both in and from Dubai.
