A few years ago, the youtuber Mr. Beast announced that he was going to open several hamburger restaurants under his brand. These Mr. Beast Burger really was an outsourcing to a virtual kitchen company. They are kitchens spread throughout the country that had to follow a series of indications on the preparation and ingredients to maintain a minimum of quality and they deliver food only through apps food delivery at home. To give an example, this is what Spanish youtubers and streamers have been doing, such as Illojuan with his agreement with La Gran Familia Mediterránea so that they make durum menus with potatoes.

After showing off hamburgers, Youtuber Mr. Beast sues those who brought his burgers for not meeting quality standards
The Bloomberg portal has reported that the creator has sued Virtual Dining Concepts, a food service that operates orders from other restaurants. Virtual Dining Concepts has been managing its Mr. Beast Burger fast food chain, which was exclusive to delivery, for allegedly hurting its brand. Mr:Beast claims that the virtual kitchen chain was supposedly more interested in rapid expansion than in maintaining quality, resulting in poor quality food that hurt whoever trusted them. The plaintiff wants a judge to terminate the license agreement and close the business.

The YouTuber points out numerous reviews of MrBeast Burger. The thousands of negative reviews indicate that they were not making the food well, not even up to delivery food standards. Some say that the food “it was inedible»Or«disgusting«. A lot of customers have complained about the meat being raw, which can be a health hazard; that chips were cold, that there were ingredients missing and that even they ordered products that never appeared. In another case, some have delivered orders in generic containers or even 7-11 chain bags, thus not receiving boxes and packaging of the brand that many people pay for.
MrBeast's lawsuit claims that VDC refused or was unable to fix the quality problems when he contacted him. He adds that "hasn't received a penny from MrBeast Burger despite being owed royalties", and that "the virtual chain frequently uses the trademark and registers trademarks without consent«. VDC would have been reluctant to support new traditional restaurants, as it would reduce their profits; while they would have used the MrBeast name to attract other famous people.
