The ESA has said in its statement that E3 2020 is canceled due to health problems derived from the Covid-19 coronavirus, despite the fact that there is still a little less than three months left. It was going to be held from Tuesday June 9 until
Thursday, June 11, but as there are still many doubts about restrictions, they have decided to cut their losses.

ESA will return the money to all those directly affected who have had to make expenses such as reservation of spaces, hotels or travel. Now, for those of us who follow E3 religiously from the outside, thousands of miles away, little will change.

The organization has commented that they are preparing a coordinated online experience and announcements for the month of June. Very surely they will pass like Nintendo or Sony with their Nintendo Direct or State of Play in which they will broadcast us recordings with the important announcements of this year.

Most likely we will see news of Xbox Series X, and possibly something of the PlayStation 5, but it is speculation.
