Enermax announces two new SFX power supplies

New Enermax power supplies with SFX format and 80Plus Gold certification.

Enermax has presented the new power supplies of the Revolutio SFX family, which have an SFX format. They will come primarily in two versions, a 550W and a 650W and will be fully modular. These power supplies will have dimensions of 125x100x63.5mm and have a single 80mm fan to improve cooling and that will not start operating with loads lower than 30%, which is very interesting in terms of noise level.

This power supply has a single 12V rail, has the best standards for the electrical protection of our hardware and has an efficiency of 80Plus Gold. The two power supplies are completely modular, so we will have high efficiency in terms of cabling and with good management of the power cables, we will avoid internal airflow problems in our tower.

The power supply incorporates two 6 + 2-pin PCIe power cables, one 4 + 4-pin EPS, one 24-pin ATX, six for powering SATA drives and four 4-pin Molex, which will arrive with the Molex-Berg adapter. Because it is an SFX PSU, it also incorporates a special adapter for towers that only support ATX / MATX power supplies, which are the vast majority of towers on the market.

The prices of these new power supplies have not been revealed, but the normal thing would be that they are around € 80-100 for the type of certification. According to Enermax, it will arrive at the market on the XNUMXth of December of this year.
