Nest Aware launches new subscription model
Nest Aware are two payment plans for those who want to bring their security cameras. They include more time when saving security recordings and the ability to connect all the cameras we want.
Google's Nest Aware subscription plans allow users to record what's happening and receive alerts from their Nest Cams and Nest Hello doorbells. Until now a subscription was needed for each additional camera. Today Google announced that it is simplifying things a bit. At the beginning of next year it will launch subscriptions to cover the whole house for the same price.
For a monthly fee, you can get Nest Aware support for your entire home, whether you have two cameras or ten. Google will offer two plan options: 30 days of event video history for $ 6 per month, or 60 days of event video history and 10 days of 24/7 video history for $ 12 per month. The company promises that it will also be easy to switch from existing subscriptions.
Inexpensive security cameras to maintain
Google announced some other changes to Nest Aware. You will be able to receive alerts from Google speakers and displays, such as the Nest Mini and Nest Hub. The AI in the device will pick up critical noises, such as dog barking and smoke alarms. There will be a new Home Feed in the Google Home app that will deliver notifications and snippets from all devices throughout the day. If there is an emergency, Nest Aware will allow us to call XNUMX.
This is very useful in the United States, where the insurance system has many variables. If we add our own security camera system that certifies that it works, we can talk about a huge discount on home insurance. It can be a good investment in order to save more money on premiums and have more security at home. Here in Spain it is not so much distilled and it paints more to find an integrated security camera system that is not too expensive.
