EVGA has introduced its own version of the GTX 1080 Ti, the EVGA GTX 1080 Ti FTW3

EVGA will launch its own version of the NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti, specifically the EVGA GTX 1080 Ti FTW3, with the powerful EVGA cooler and the EVGA iCX temperature control system.

The arrival of the NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti has led to the appearance of a large number of cards based on it, with custom heatsink. The last to present a graphics card has been the EVGA GTX 1080 Ti FTW3. As usual, EVGA has announced this graphics card without disclosing if the specifications will be factory or will have a frequency modified by factory overclocking. The cooler, on the other hand, is the one developed by EVGA to efficiently cool the GPU.

The graphics card may have a specially designed PCB, but it will still keep the 8 + 8 pin PCIe connectors. Power is a very important point in this graphics card, since one of the fundamental factors is overclocking and therefore, power is an important factor for it to be as stable as possible, remembering that the frequency of this graphics card it can go up to 2GHz frequency without problems.

EVGA has implemented in this graphics card its new EVGA iCX system, which is based on nine sensors distributed by the PCB for temperature control, in addition to implementing three RGB LED diodes, of which we can configure the color, so that show us the temperature of the GPU, the VRMs and the memory, to be able to carry out a visual control and it also has a special fuse to avoid damaging the graphics card if something goes wrong.

Regarding the heatsink, it has three large 100mm fans, whose mission is to reduce the temperature quickly and efficiently, which reaches the aluminum fins through several heatpipes. This heatsink has the illuminated logo and the letters FTW3 also illuminated, in addition to having an aluminum backplate on the back to improve heat dissipation. Next March 10 we will know the characteristics and price of this graphics card.
