Filtered AMD Ryzen 5 2600 processor in SiSoft Sandra

The AMD Ryzen 5 2600 processor is shown in SiSoft Sandra, showing the working frequencies and that it will be a six-core processor and twelve processing threads, in addition to showing the ASUS RoG Crosshair VII Hero (WiFi) motherboard

A new processor has been leaked, in this case it has been an AMD Ryzen 2 processor and it has been leaked thanks to the SiSoft Sandra database. Specifically, the one that has been leaked is the Ryzen 5 2600, which has six cores and twelve processing threads. This is a model, clearly engineering, due to the code name it receives, which is: ZD2600BBM68AF_38 / 34_Y. It gives us the name and the performance of it, because the digits that can be seen, give us the model number and the working frequencies in base and Boost mode.

As we said, the AMD Ryzen 5 2600 offers a total of six cores and twelve processing threads, which work at a base frequency of 3.4GHz and a Boost mode of 3.8Ghz, in addition, we also know that this processor will have a TDP of 65 This processor will be 200MHz faster in Base and Boost mode than the Ryzen 5 1600, since it worked at 3.2 / 3.6GHz. This model does not have the nomenclature at the end of the name, 'X', indicates that it will not have XFR.

The engineering sample also reveals a motherboard the ASUS RoG Crosshair VII Hero (WiFi), but that is all that SiSoft tells us, since no data is revealed, such as chipset or other characteristics of the motherboard.

What is foreseen in these processors, which being 12nm, these offer an improvement in consumption and also allows to improve the base frequencies and it is expected that overclocking will also be substantially improved, extremely limited in the current Ryzen. We must remember that it is not necessary to change the motherboard, since they will continue to use the AM4 socket, we will only have to update the BIOS.
