The graphical characteristics of the Intel Ice Lake processors are filtered, specifically of the portable version of these processors, which will not be an amazing thing, but it would double the power.

The leaks thanks to SiSoft Sandra have been happening a lot lately. The last one refers to what will be the next Intel processors, specifically they refer to the Ice Lake, which are characterized by being developed in the 10nm process, which will provide greater overclocking capacity, higher frequencies and lower consumption. These new processors will also make a leap in the graphics section, going from the current 9.5 Generation Intel UHD Graphics to the 11 Generation ones, which will provide an improvement in performance.

These new integrated graphics cards will have a total of 48 Execution Units, which will offer up to 284 Unified Shaders, which means doubling the performance of the current Intel UHD 620 integrated graphics cards, which carry a total of 24 Execution Units and a total 192 Unified Shaders. According to SiSoft, these graphics can take up to 6GB of the system (DDR4) and have a dedicated cache of 768kB.

We must not get carried away, since this graphics card will hopefully move the solitaire, since the graphic quality of Intel's solutions are quite bad and are used for office automation and multimedia, simple solutions that do not require great power. There is still a long way to go before, supposedly, we see a great evolution of these solutions, which Raja Koduri would already be working on.

Regarding the information, this processor is an Ice Lake-U, which would be intended for processors and the graphics will have a working frequency of 600MHz. It will undoubtedly be a great alternative and solution for entry-level laptops, which are designed for common tasks, such as office automation. It is still too early to know when these processors will hit the market, but they are expected to arrive later this year.
