Fortnite ends its season 9 with a Kaijus battle
The ninth season of Fortnite has now ended with a macro event that will leave its mark on the map. We warn that there are spoilers in this entry.
A few hours ago the end of the ninth season of Fortnite took place with signs of making the tenth begin soon. And it has ended with an impressive battle of Kaijus, worthy of Pacific Rim, the Power Rangers or Ultraman.
The great battle of Fortnite season 9
For those new to this, Fortnite processes its streak of content and news in the format of seasons like television series. And that means that for this season 9 they have decided to end a special event in which two great fighters faced each other until one of them fell. And it wasn't any of the players.
The confrontation was one that the official game videos already predicted would happen. Catticus the giant robot reminiscent of the Megazord from Power Rangers and Doggus the kaiju taken from Godzilla and Pacific Rim in a battle held in Fornite as the end of season nine.
These creatures destroyed the map of the island and the body of the loser Doggus is impaled by the sword of Catticus, who did a floss dance before flying beyond the stratosphere. And how does this affect us? Apart from the spectacle that players and streamers have been able to record, these damages will mean permanent changes on the map. So by boat we can soon say that the huge skull and the sword will stay at least during Fortnite season 10 to make it one more element from which to get materials and which to climb. In this way Epic Games keeps the game active and adds changes to the maps and with them they can generate more and better strategies to prevent players from falling into repetition.
