New G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4 RAM memories, will have aluminum heatsink and LED lighting.
It seems that it is becoming fashionable to fill the equipment with colors or rather, install LEDs in all the hardware, either in graphics cards, motherboards and now more and more in RAM memories and because the processor is not visible, but also they would put them on. The latest to add LEDs to their products have been G.Skill, who have announced new RAM memory modules with LED heatsinks. We are talking about the G.Skill Trident Z RGB, the most bearing and highest quality of the company.
These DDR4 RAM modules will arrive with RGB lighting installed on their heatsinks and will have 16.8 million colors, in addition to being able to choose various lighting modes. The configuration will be carried out using hardware and as it happens in other similar systems, you will not need additional cables, since everything is done thanks to XMP 2.0 technology, which allows these customizations.
The Trident Z RGB uses a high quality ten-layer PCB, where logically the memory chips are soldered, which are designed to support overclocking without major problems. These memories can reach 4266MHz with almost no mess and as they use Intel XMP 2.0 technology, the overclocking job is made easier. The aluminum heatsink in these memories has been designed to keep them well cooled, even when we give it good time with overclocking. They will hit the market during the month of February and as usual they will arrive in different kits of various capacities, different configurations and speeds, so we can choose the one that best suits us according to needs or tastes.
The price has not been provided, but a video has been provided where these memories are seen making watermarks with the heatsink LEDs.
