Gigabyte AORUS GTX 1080 Ti, a graphics card with a good heatsink

Gigabyte AORUS GTX 1080 Ti, a graphics card a little lower in terms of heatsink than the Gigabyte AORUS GTX 1080 Ti Extreme Edition, but the frequencies of this new edition have not been revealed.

The new AORUS family, which will come to replace Gigabyte's Xtreme Gaming family. This family so far has two complete ranges of Intel Kaby Lake and AMD Ryzen motherboards, a GTX 1080 with two internal HDMIs and a GTX 1080 Ti with an internal HDMI and the family is now expanded with a new graphics card, the Gigabyte. AORUS GTX 1080 Ti, a graphics card with the heatsink slightly 'lower' than the steroid version of the GTX 1080Ti we saw a few days ago.

We see in this case, that due to the dimensions of the heatsink, this would be the graphics card with the serial PCB, it is only modified in this graphics card that has a DVI port, which is not available in the Founders Edition version. This graphics card also has a backplate that prevents the graphics card from bending and improves the cooling of the graphics card. This graphics card, apparently, would also lack the so-called VR-Link.

This graphics card does not come with more data, but it is very possible that this graphics card has a slight overclocking. The apparent heatsink is smaller than that of the Gigabyte AORUS GTX 1080 Ti Extreme Edition, which has an even larger heatsink than the Gigabyte AORUS GTX 1080 heatsink. The backplate is also essential in these graphics cards, since in addition to improve heat dissipation a bit, its primary function is to prevent our graphics PCB from bending.
