GTA6 could arrive 2023 according to a rumor based on marketing expenses

A recent TakeTwo tax report reveals that in 2023 they expect to spend a lot on marketing that could be tied to GTA6 for its importance.
VentureBeat has reported that Grand Theft Auto VI may be released in the year 2023. There have been many rumors about GTA6 in the past, but no one expects it to be released anytime soon as it is a time-consuming title. There have been instances where Rockstar Games is so meticulous in its development that it may take an entire generation of consoles just to release a title, as this generation only released Red Dead Redemption 2 as a novelty.
A lot of marketing could mean a new GTA
The basis for this rumor about GTA6 is a budget report expected by Take-Two Interactive, the parent company that hosts RocksTar Game; spend at least $ 89 million during a 12-month period ending March 31, 2024. This is based on companies' SEC 10-K filing. VentureBeat claims this is important because Take-Two has only made these big changes to the market budget every time a Rockstar Games title is released.

Before Red Dead Redemption 2 was announced, Take-Two made a significant change to their budgets and did the same with GTA5. The success of GTA5 and its Oline continues to be a huge focus and source of income for Rockstar, which has been releasing new content on a regular basis. Rockstar may not be in any rush to release GTA6 with how well GTA Online is doing and the fact that GTA5 is still in the top ten best-selling games each month.
But everything has a limit and possibly players want a new installment. With the next generation of consoles approaching, it is not unreasonable to think that GTA6 will be a console selling title and that it will be animated by the manufacturers themselves.
TakeTwo has already denied that this increase in mareting expenses has to do with GTA6, but… What are they going to say? Confirm it just like that instead of doing one of the biggest marketing campaigns?
