On June 29th, the 6600 XT was officially presented by AMD at the Where Gaming Begins Ep. 4 event. It is the most affordable GPU of the current generation, launched by AMD.
First, this GPU has 8 GB of VRAM ; and, like its bigger siblings, it supports all the 6000 series technologies . Thanks to its 160W power consumption , it only requires one 8-pin connector. In fact, the recommended power supply for the 6600 XT is 500W. AMD also showed performance tests, which, by the way, aren't exactly promising:

RX 6600 XT conclusion
The 6600 XT was officially presented; but we will have to wait until August 11th to "be able to buy it" and see third-party reviews.
If they ask for our opinion; things are not looking very good. The MSRP for this chart is 380 USD, making it compete (in theory) with the 3060 ti for 400 USD. Nevertheless; AMD's own tests say that this 6600 XT is closer to the 3060, than the 3060 ti.
In other words, AMD boasts a rasterization superiority of at most 15% compared to the 3060. However, the 6600 XT is inferior in ray tracing, lacks DLSS, and has 4 GB less than the 3060.
On the other hand, the 3060 Ti, while not having more VRAM, offers 25-30% more performance than the 3060. In other words, it's 10-12% better, costing only $20 more. It also retains NVIDIA's advantages, such as ray tracing, DLSS, NVENC, and so on.

They also need to be similar to NVIDIA in these same aspects while maintaining competitive prices.
