ADATA reveals the specifications of its DDR5 modules

The new Intel Alder Lake-S processors would be the first to support the DDR5 RAM standard. These processors, theoretically, will arrive at the end of the year and manufactured under the 10nm node. RAM memory manufacturers are putting the batteries to manufacture modules. ADATA Technology is finalizing the DDR5 memory kits.

RAM manufacturers are working at full speed to have DDR5 memory modules ready as soon as possible. While the Alder Lake-S processors, which support DDR5, will arrive by the end of 2021, the Xeon Sapphire Rapids, which also support this new RAM standard, will arrive even earlier.

What the DDR5 standard offers us is greater efficiency, higher speeds, greater capacities and greater bandwidth. ADATA indicates that it works in DDR5 kits that work at 8.400MT / s (8.400MHz). These modules will have a maximum capacity of 64GB and a consumption of 1.1V.

ADATA has been working closely with two of the leading motherboard manufacturers - MSI and Gigabyte - to ensure an optimized experience by ensuring synergies between ADATA's DDR5 modules and the latest Intel (Alder Lake) platforms.

Parallel to the development of the new memory modules, ADATA has also been working closely with two of the major motherboard manufacturers in the long term to ensure that their new platforms can take full advantage of the benefits of DDR5 memory.

Among other initiatives, ADATA, MSI, and Gigabyte have been conducting joint research and testing to ensure optimal DDR5 overclocking on the latest Intel platforms to meet demanding gamer standards. ADATA and the aforementioned motherboard manufacturers will simultaneously release DDR5 modules and DDR5-compatible motherboards to deliver high performance to a wide range of users, including businesses, gamers, and content creators, to name a few.
