AMD announces that it will allow Samsung to use its RDNA technology in the development of graphics for smartphones

A strategic partnership for the development of very low power mobile graphics IP has been announced by AMD and Samsung based on AMD Radeon technologies. - AMD will license custom IP graphics based on the recently announced highly scalable RDNA graphics architecture to Samsung for use in mobile devices, including smartphones and other products that complement the company's product offerings.
- Samsung will pay the license fees for AMD technology and royalties.
