It seems that AMD internally calls the RDNA 2 @ 7nm the 'NVIDIA Killer' planning to compete for the high-end gaming market.
AMD recently unveiled the AMD EPYC Rome processors based on Zen 2 at 7nm . During the conference, they mentioned that Zen 3 at 7nm+ was already finished and that they were beginning development of Zen 4. Now the company is giving us new information, this time regarding graphics cards. Navi 10 is just the beginning of the RDNA architecture, and Lisa Su, AMD's CEO, knows this very well.
That's why Su said they have the "execution of those products on the way", when asked about AMD Navi mobile and high-end Zen 2. It has also confirmed that RDNA 2 will come under the 7nm + lithography. This lithographic process will be the same as that used in the Zen3 + processors that should hit the market in mid-2020.
AMD gives new data on the RDNA 2 architecture

Red Gaming Tech affirms that the 'NVIDIA Killer' will come under the name AMD Navi 21 and Navi 23. This document also says that Navi was late as they had to radically redesign its architecture.

It would be a solution that also competes in RayTracing with NVIDIA RTX graphics, although they will be less powerful.
