Images of an AMD RX 6000 with two fans appear
Following NVIDIA's introduction of the RTX 3000, we were all hoping to see AMD and what their reaction would be. The company announced two events for October, one of them at the end of the month where they would present the RX 6000. To increase the hype yesterday they released an image of an RX 6000. Now a new image of the RX 6000 with three fans and a of two fans.
It's funny that AMD returns to the three-fan design, as it already did with the Radeon Vega VII, a problematic graphics. That graphic, due to its GPU design, had serious temperature problems, hence the three fans. While NVIDIA opts for two fans and an advanced heatsink, AMD moved from the blower to three fans again for the top of the range.

Images of an AMD RX 6000 with three fans and another with two fans
The new images have been released by JayzTwoCents, who have obtained them from a reliable source. One of the heatsinks we can see that it is the same one that AMD itself showed yesterday in its Twitter account. The second image shows a graph with a dual fan heatsink. This second heatsink is reminiscent of one shown some time ago at an investor presentation.
According to Jayz sources, the triple fan graphics corresponds to the Radeon RX 6900 with a Big Navi GPU. The dual fan model would be a RX 6800 or RX 6700, that is not entirely clear. The RX 6800 or RX 6700 models would make use of a Navi 22 GPU, possibly and would be priced below $ 500.
The three-fan model we know what makes use of an 8 + 8-pin PCIe power supply. We have also seen that it has an HDMI output, two DisplayPorts and a USB Type C VirtualLink. We already know that this last connector is obsolete and has been discontinued. The dual-fan graphics features a 6 + 8-pin PCIe power supply and we don't know anything about the video outputs.
