ASRock and Gigabyte already have their versions of the AMD RX 5500 XT ready
The new AMD RX 5500 XT graphics cards are expected to launch on December 12th. These new graphics cards will not be a version with more GDDR6 memory and a higher clock speed than the RX 5500. They will be based on the same GPUs and will have the same Stream Processors. The non-XT model is intended for the OEM market, while the XT model will be released to all consumers.
The new RX 5500 XT graphics card from AMD does not have a generic model, they will all be assembler designs. Regarding these, the first images of the customized models by Gigabyte and ASRock have been seen. Some of the models could even be factory overclocked.

Videocardz has shown what the designs of the solutions created by Gigabyte and ASRock are like. We see that Gigabyte will launch a 'basic' model with two fans and a more advanced one with three fans. ASRock, for its part, seems to only have a two-ventilated model.
According to people, this RX 5500 XT graphics card will work at a base frequency of 1717MHz and in Boost mode it will reach 1845MHz. Some assembler models will be factory overclocked, starting at 1737MHz. Little else is known about these graphs so far. Based on the leaked OEM model benchmarks, it should be somewhere between NVIDIA's GTX 1650 and GTX 1660.
Some information points to two variants of the RX 5500 XT. There would be one with 4GB GDDR6 that would replace the RX 580 and one with 8GB GDDR6 that would replace the RX 590. All this is speculation, since AMD has not officially announced it either. They are intended for 1080p @ 60FPS gaming and are much more efficient than their Polaris architecture predecessors.
