ASUS denies that they are going to close ASUS AREZ and denounces that the Twitter account is false

From ASUS Spain, they send us an email stating that the ASUS AREZ account that announced the cancellation of the exclusive AMD product line is completely false and ASUS will continue with AREZ.

This morning we reported that ASUS had discontinued the ASUS AREZ family, a line of graphics cards developed exclusively for AMD. The AREZ family was reportedly developed in response to the NVIDIA GeForce Partner Program. With the program's discontinuation, the disappearance of ASUS AREZ for AMD graphics cards seemed logical, and this was confirmed by the ASUS AREZ Twitter account—or rather, the supposed ASUS AREZ Twitter account, as this account is entirely fake.

A few moments ago we received an email from the ASUS Marketing Department in Spain, informing us that the news published this morning is false. In the mail it is noted that the AREZ range based on AMD GPUs is still in force today and they are still working on the commercialization process. They emphasize that in addition to the models already launched, new models will be launched and we will be notified.

Everything pointed to the legitimacy of the Twitter account, but unfortunately it is only a false account, which painted as good and we have eaten it all the media, not only nationally, but internationally. Someone has seen the opportunity and of course, when the NVIDIA GeForce Program Partner was discarded, we thought it was quite logical and natural to discard this family.

We are sorry for the confusion and that it may have generated some type of uncertainty in users who have one of these products, it is even necessary to apologize to ASUS, for not having assured us more of the information. It is true that at times we have had doubts with certain information and brands have seen fit to resolve them quickly.
