NVIDIA GTX 1650 benchmark under Final Fantasy XV at 2K resolution
The first benchmark of the NVIDIA GTX 1650 appears under Final Fantasy XV, which curiously would be running at 2K resolution.
The first data of the new NVIDIA GTX 1650, a graphics card intended for the low-end, has been revealed. We should not expect great performance from this graphics card, as it is a simple gaming solution and should be cheap. The leak is based on the possible characteristics of this graphics card and its performance. And it is that the benchmark has been leaked in Final Fantasy XV, which allows us to see a comparison with other company graphics.
First benchmark of the NVIDIA GTX 1650
The characteristics of this GTX 1650 graphics card is that it integrates a TU117 silicon based on the Turing architecture. It is made in TSMC's 12nm lithography. It has 896 CUDA Cores and works at a base frequency of 1465MHz, being able to reach over 1600MHz in Boost mode. It would integrate 4GB GDDR5 at a frequency of 8.0GHz. Everything indicates that it will have the mission of replacing the GTX 1050 Ti that had 768 CUDA Cores of Pascal architecture.
The benchmark in Final Fantasy XV has been carried out under a resolution of 1440p (2K), something quite rare. The normal thing would have been to carry out the benchmark in 1080p resolution (FullHD), which seems ideal. Despite everything, the GTX 1050 Ti has scored 3585 points, while the GTX 1650 has scored 3553 points. Although Pascal marks a little more, this would be due to the resolution used, quite anomalous.
We will have to wait for these graphs to hit the market to find out more. The benchmark is not very relevant since nobody with this graphics card would play at 2K, the logical thing to do is FullHD. For fluid 2K and with good graphic quality, we would have to go to more powerful graphics. That said, we will have to wait for them to be officially launched on the market.
