Images filter the power connectors of the RTX 3090 Ti

NVIDIA's RTX 3090 Ti was announced at CES 2022, but hasn't been heard from since then and it is speculated that there have been serious production problems which have been fixed recently. With a release almost imminent, there have been rumors of a possible release later this month. And more recently, leaked images of the card have surfaced on the internet, giving us hope that it could soon be available for sale.
An image of an alleged NVIDIA RTX 3090 Ti graphics card from the Asian manufacturer Galax has been shared by the leaker on Twitter @wxnod. The image only shows the PCIe 5.0 12+4-pin auxiliary power connector (12VHPWR), which will be the next standard for PCIe Gen5 graphics cards. This standard is going to try to be established so that the more powerful power supplies They can provide a large amount of power to the most demanding cards without having to use so many cables.
This would be the PCIe 5.0 connector of the NVIDIA RTX 3090 Ti
As with all leaks, you have to understand that it may not be a verifiable image, since there is no way to verify if this photograph is real. NVIDIA has not confirmed or denied this possible leak.
Galax's custom GeForce RTX 3090 Ti Boomstar graphics card will be exclusive to the Asia Pacific market. Supposedly, It will have a triple fan cooling system. and the aforementioned 12+4 pin auxiliary power connector. This connector will be necessary for the graphics of this range from now on, this being the first to have it, since the NVIDIA RTX 3090 Ti is expected to be a particularly demanding GPU in terms of power.

The new PCIe 5.0 power connector can supply between 150 and 600 W of power. We do not have any information for now on the actual power consumption of the RTX 3090 Ti. It is estimated that it would be about 450 W, which this requirement will surely force those interested to upgrade their current power supply if they want to install one of these GPUs in their system.
It is also rumored that, despite being briefly unveiled during CES, the RTX 3090 Ti will not have a Dunders Edition. This would make only available through third party manufacturers, but there is no confirmed walk. The RTX 3090 Ti is expected to formally launch on March 29, a few months late.
