We can play Death Stranding in 4K @ 60FPS on an RTX 2060 thanks to DLSS 2.0
Yesterday we learned that the Death Stranding game was going to have DLSS 2.0 technology to improve its performance. This NVIDIA technology is based on Artificial Intelligence to improve graphic quality. To date, Deep Learning Super Sampling technology was a add-on for Ray Tracing, which generates a significant loss of performance. But in Death Stranding it will allow us to have more performance with 'little' hardware.
Even NVIDIA, within the typical review guide (which is nothing more than a guide) has given data regarding performance. What can be easily read is that with more modest hardware we will have a good performance. This is sure to be great news for users with fair hardware who see how most games forget about them.

NVIDIA tells us the performance of Death Stranding with DLSS
The review guide published by HardwareLuxx shows some pretty cool graphics. Death Stranding under 1080p resolutions with RTX graphics always exceeds 120FPS with DLSS active, which is very good. We can understand that with a GTX 16 Series we will be able to play comfortably with a rate of 60FPS for most cases.
Within this guide we also find performance tests under a 1440p resolution. Under this resolution, all RTX with active DLSS exceed 90FPS, with the NVIDIA RTX 2060 reaching up to 105FPS. The RTX 2060 without the active DLSS barely exceeds 76FPS, which shows a gain of almost 30FPS.
In addition, it has also been published under 4K resolution in Quality Mode. It is not very clear, but it could be a small quality adjustment, something like medium quality. For this result, with the RTX 2060 up to 60FPS on average are obtained, coming from just 40FPS on average. Then the FPS rate goes up as we increase the power and of course, the price of the graphic.
