DeepCool Announces High-Performance CPU Cooler AK500

The DeepCool brand, specializing in the design and manufacture of high-performance computing components for enthusiasts around the world, today announced the new AK500 heatsink for high-performance environments. It is a continuation of the AK series, led by the flagship AK620.

The DeepCool AK500 high performance single tower CPU cooler has been designed to maximize cooling potential with a large heatsink, five advanced heat pipes and a 120mm FDB fan.

Meanwhile, the high-performance DeepCool FK120 fan is precision-engineered to maximize both airflow and pressure. while maintaining a low noise level thanks to a dynamic PWM range of 500~1850 RPM. The FDB bearing ensures greater stability and reliability with a long operational lifespan.

For end users who prefer low noise operation, an optional low noise adapter cable is included. With it, noise is further reduced when the PWM range is limited to 500~1550 RPM with the use of the included low noise adapter cable. This gives the end user the best of both worlds: high cooling quality and low noise.

Its angled offset heat pipe design provides clear access to the RAM slots on the motherboard. It also grants full headroom for memory modules with tall heat sinks. The AK500 offers up to 45mm free memory space for quad-channel motherboards. The all-metal mounting bracket provides an easy installation process and ensures the cooler is securely mounted on multiple platforms that support the latest Intel and AMD sockets.
