RAM price could plummet to clean up stock, before becoming prohibitive again

We could see a big drop in the price of RAM modules as they could flood the market to reduce stock, before raising prices again.

For more than two years we have had to suffer an absurdly high price for RAM. Micron, Samsung and SK Hynix have agreed and continue to agree on the price of DRAM memories and it causes an increase in the price of RAM. Now the SSD and RAM are going down, especially the latter, because they cannot sell the stock. This happens to them because they are usurers and thieves and of course, now they have to quickly lower the price of RAM. A price that this year will continue to fall and perhaps more to the beast than expected.

The price of RAM will continue to fall, even more than expected

Adata, Team Group and Transcend have seen their profits suffer mixed fortunes due to the price of RAM. Adata has registered a profit of 152 million dollars. In the fourth quarter of 2018 they registered a drop in income that has been recovered.

Transcend is the one that is suffering the most and is that despite achieving an income of 368 million dollars, it is not going well. The company suffers a fall of almost 7% in earnings compared to the fourth quarter of 2018. It is surprising that the company registers a year-on-year drop of 23%.

Team Group gains just 4% compared to the first quarter of 2018, registering revenues of 1.690 billion dollars. He is clearly the strongest player in the market, especially since T-Force modules are gaining prestige, especially in Asia.

But it is also that it seems that all DRAM memory manufacturers and assemblers would seek to throw the stock on the market. Taking into account that there is excess stock, we could see how the price of RAM falls to the beast in a very short time and by the end of the year we could or at the beginning of 2020, we could see a noticeable increase in prices. If they agree to lower DRAM module production, we could see absurd prices in the future.
