So are the Intel NUC 11 Pro based on the Tiger Lake

One of the most interesting and popular solutions that Intel offers are NUC systems. These small-sized embedded devices are highly powerful and useful for different environments. The data has now been leaked from the Intel NUC 11 Pro based on Tiger Lake processors. Note that these new processors are based on the 10nm SuperFIN lithography, a new design of the company.

These Intel NUC 11 Pro systems based on Tiger Lake chips are especially interesting for the office. Due to their compact design and the support of state-of-the-art technologies, they make great solutions for professional environments. In addition, they are associated with vPro technology, which adds encryption of the memory and the processor.

Filtered the Intel NUC 11 Pro based on Tiger Lake

As a more powerful solution we have the one based on the Core i7-1185G7 with 4 cores and 8 threads. This processor reaches a frequency of 4.8GHz and has a TDP of 28W. The simplest solution is based on the Core i3-1115G4 which has 2 cores and 4 threads and goes up to 4.1GHz.

Furthermore, these systems offer support for up to 64GB DDR4 SO-DIMM @ 3200MHz in Dual Channel configuration. They also support an NVMe SSD unit and have an M.2 slot for WiFi 802.11ax + Bluetooth connectivity. They include two Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI 2.1 and HDMI 2.0b output, as well as three USB 3.2 Gen2 @ 10Gbps and two Ethernet @ 2.5Gbps ports. All this in a format of 117x122x37mm or 117x122x54mm.

Possibly by 2021 more powerful solutions will arrive, as well as gaming versions. Next year the Tiger Lake-H with up to 8 cores and 16 threads will be launched, much more sugar-coated solutions. Although we reiterate that the Intel NUC 11 Pro are more designed for offices and work centers than for home users.
