EVGA gives away a multi-color TRIM to buyers of an NVIDIA GeFroce RTX

Interesting initiative by EVGA that will give those who buy a GeForce RTX a TRIM available in various colors at no extra charge.

One of the best graphics card assemblers is EVGA, who is known for offering solutions that allow greater overclocking than the competition. EVGA only assembles graphics from NVIDIA. The company has launched an interesting marketing initiative regarding the new EVGA GeForce RTX, which in this case is called EVGA TRIM Kit, which allows us to customize a part of the color of the RTX 2080 and RTX 2080 Ti at no additional cost.

EVGA allows you to customize the color of the RTX 2080 and RTX 2080 Ti at no additional cost.

The TRIMs are nothing more than small plastic plates developed by EVGA to color the high-end heatsinks for the new GeForce RTX. The new GPUs will arrive with the standard TRIM, as the company names it, which will be transparent in color.

Currently the TRIMs are only in red and black, although more colors will arrive at the express request of users. Exchanging the TRIMs is simple and they do not affect the guarantee at all since it is not necessary to disassemble the heatsink, they are assembled and disassembled using two small screws.

We can acquire these elements through these steps:

  1. Visit the official website of the promotion.
  2. We specify which card we have reserved or we plan to buy (or we have already bought if at the time of reading this you already have it in your possession and the promotion continues in force).
  3. When we receive the GPU we register it on the EVGA website
  4. At the time of registration we upload our purchase invoice.
  5. Once this simple process is finished, we will receive an email so that we can choose which kit we want and the shipment will proceed.
  6. This promotion does not have a validity period, but there is a limited stock of stocks, so when they are sold out it is possible that the promotion will end forever.
