The new EVGA Z390 DARK motherboard designed especially for overclocking has allowed the Intel Core i9 9900K to be brought up to almost 7.00GHz.

One of the best motherboard and graphics card companies on the market is EVGA, who has developed the EVGA Z390 DARK motherboard, which has been thought for overclocking enthusiasts with a special design from scratch. The company has it as the maximum exponent of its products and they have talked about it and the amount of quality it has and that makes it the best motherboard on the market.

The company's new motherboard has been used by Finnish-born professional overclocker LUUMI to push the Intel Core i9 9900K processor to a new world record in Cinebench. For this, the processor has been cooled with liquid nitrogen and thanks to this improved motherboard the processor has been able to reach practically 7.00GHz obtaining a score of 3142cb, which is a new record for an eight-core processor under this benchmark.

So this new Z390 DARK becomes the most powerful motherboard with Intel's chipset on the market and that has been expressly manufactured for lovers of overclocking, as this test shows.

Its peculiarity is that it has 17 VRM phases, it has two 8-pin connectors at right angles to offer the maximum possible power in overclocking. It has two SMT DIMMs that can overclock with high frequencies and guarantee low RAM latency.

This monstrosity features a capable ten-inch printed circuit board that features multiple studded sensors that can be displayed on two dual LED-type displays. It also has Creative sound with EVGA UN Audio technology, two Intel Gigabit NICs, a mini DisplayPort port, onboard power, reset and CMOS button, triple BIOS support and eight fan connectors.
