Filtered images of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 and GeForce RTX 2080 Ti customized by Gigabyte

Gigabyte's custom models of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 and GeForce RTX 2080 Ti have been slow to come out without much new in terms of the heatsink used.

One of the last manufacturers to show their custom model for the new NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti has been Gigabyte, who has shown the RTX 2080 Ti Gaming OC and RTX 2080 Ti WindForce OC models. The two models will apparently be the same with the same heatsink and their difference we assume will be in the frequency. The same happens with the RTX 2080 Gaming OC and RTX 2080 WindForce OC, which also share a design and the difference will be in the amount of OC to the GPU.

No frequency data has been given, but the RTX 2080 Ti Gaming OC model could become the top of the range model and would have a heatsink that would occupy two and a half slots of the PCI expansion slots. It has a dense aluminum radiator that will be cooled by the three powerful fans that have been incorporated by Gigabyte.

It seems that the RTX 2080 Ti WindForce OC will be somewhat simpler occupying only two PCI slots and it also has an important radiator although in this case slightly trimmed because it will have less overclocking than the Gaming OC model. In both cases, backplates will be implemented to give more robustness to the graphics, preventing them from being damaged by the weight of the heatsink.

We imagine that tomorrow around this time we will finally be able to see the working frequency of all the filtered graphics cards and we will see an infinity of benchmarks that will show us how powerful these graphs are. If everything goes according to plan, they should give stratospheric performances and not just in gaming. Although the subject is not discussed, they could not only be difficult to buy because of the price, but because of their good performance for mining in Equihash and Hashimoto (encryption algorithm of the main Altcoins)
