Galax shows custom models of the NVIDIA RTX 2080 and RTX 2080 Ti

Galax's custom base models for the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti are now on display.

This leaks of new custom graphics cards by different manufacturers does not stop and now it is the turn of Galax, known in Europe as KFA2, who presents its custom models based on the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti.

Galax (KFA2) is also showing its custom models of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti.

What has been seen by Galax are not the interesting models, it seems that we are talking about the most elementary models, despite the fact that they have three fans each. We remember that KFA2 GTX 1080 Ti Hall of Fame which we reviewed a few months ago and which is truly insane in terms of performance and design.

Like all the models seen so far, it has the downside of frequencies, which at the moment are completely unknown. What we do know is that the Galax RTX 2080 Ti will have two 8 + 8-pin PCIe connectors and a 650W power supply is recommended. The RTX 2080 uses two 8 + 6-pin PCIe connectors and a 650W power supply is also recommended.

Regarding the heatsinks, we must emphasize that despite having three fans they seem quite ugly, not to say that they are ugly to the fullest. Both will apparently occupy two PCI slots and it will be the HoF models that occupy more space and provide great elegance.

Prices have not been given, but we could think that these models will be the cheapest of all those presented by the company and the HoF models will be the unattainable (even more so) for the vast majority of the public. It is clear that the lack of competition is allowing NVIDIA and the partners that work with them to realize significant benefits.
