This will allow you to send us motherboards, graphics and other components of your PC that you have damaged. But be careful, you have to do a process.

Before sending us anything, IT IS MANDATORY access our Discord. There is an exclusive 'REPAIRS' channel where you must indicate a series of data. These are:

This is because before sending it we want to know what happens to your component and get an idea of ​​what happens to it. It could be that with the data you give us, we already know how to tell you if it can be repaired or not. It is also to make a workload forecast, since there are many of you who contact us privately.

Also, before sending it, we would ask you to put a sheet inside us with the following information (preferably a printed sheet):

• The possible problem of your component

A diagnosis will be made and before proceeding to repair it, we will inform you of the problem (s) detected. You will also be informed of the cost to repair it and a forecast of time. You must bear in mind that we may not have the components in the office, which will delay the repair. This is why you must bear in mind that the repair can be delayed for a long time.

Will the repair have any kind of cost?

We want to clarify the costs of repairing the components:
