Intel Core i7-11700K and Core i9-11900 are seen again

During the first quarter of 2021, Intel Rocket Lake-S processors could be launched on the market. These new processors from the company will be the last to be manufactured on the 14nm node. Now some of these processors have been seen by BiliBili. Specifically the Core i7-11700K and the Core i9-11900.
Rocket Lake-S processors are characterized by being based on Cypress Cove @ 14nm cores. These processors leave behind the Skylake architecture, which are full of vulnerabilities. Cypress Cove is nothing more than Sunny Cove @ 10nm import to a superior lithograph. Hence, we go from the 10 cores of Comet Lake to the 8 cores in Rocket Lake.

New engineering samples of the Core i7-11700K and Core i9-11900 processors
It appears that the ES1 samples were distributed in June and were the first engineering version. The ES2 samples would have been distributed in August and would be a new shipment.
We started with the Core i9-11900, which would be a QVYE sample. This processor has a PL1 (power limit) of 65W and a PL2 of 224W. It would work at a base frequency of 1.8GHz. In Boost mode for a single core it would reach 4.5GHz and in all cores it would reach 4.0GHz. It would have XMP profiles configured by default at 3200MHz. These frequencies would be lower than those of the final business model.
We're going with the Core i7-11700K, which will have overclocking capabilities. It has a base frequency of 3.4GHz, being able to reach 4.3GHz in Boost mode in all cores and 4.8GHz in a single core. It has a PL1 of 125W and a PL2 of 250W.
Finally we have the Core i7-11700 ES1, which is the first revision of this processor. Being ES1, it does not have support for PCIe 4.0 and XMP profiles, although it does integrate Intel Xe graphics. This processor works at a base frequency of 1.8GHz and in Boost mode in all cores it will reach 3.8GHz and 4.4GHz in a single core.
Theoretically Rocket Lake-S processors will be unveiled during CES 2021.
