What we're all looking forward to seeing the most is Intel's new dedicated graphics cards. Regarding these graphics cards we have very little data, but during CES 2020 we saw the Intel DG1 in action. This graphics card is based on the Xe architecture, of which we know little to date. The demo is of a simple solution for laptops.
It's not a great reference either, as the demo was done on a very light laptop. As is logical for laptops of the ultrabook style, you cannot go to very powerful graphics or processors. Low power solutions are required and also have extremely low TDP.

The demonstration used an ultra-thin laptop, a lightweight and compact device. The DG1 graphics solution would be integrated into the same package as the Tiger Lake processors . These processors were also showcased during the event.
Unfortunately the demo shown does not indicate the performance of the DG1, we just see Destiny 2 running. The game is not at the highest quality that the game can be and the performance leaves much to be desired. It should be noted that the DG1 has only 96 Execution Units, representing 768 Shaders Units.
It should be remembered that Intel Xe is the company's first dedicated graphics solution for general consumption. A graphics developed by Raja Koduri, known for being the former Head of AMD Radeon. We don't know much about these graphics, but the normal thing is to think that Intel is going for NVIDIA and AMD.
The demonstration was at the hands of Intel Vice President of Graphics and Software Architecture, Lisa Pearce, who introduced DG1. It has indicated that it will offer great performance improvements in the Tiger Lake. It also highlights that it represents an important advance to be the first discrete GPU from Intel based on the Xe architecture.
Everything suggests that this year the company will give a lot of information about these graphics cards. It will be a matter of patience.
